Important Information

Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (for services/digital content) or from the date of receipt (for goods) to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to Withdraw: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use this form, but it is not obligatory. You can also send an email to info@ruboticstrading.com.
Digital Content Exception: If you have requested that access to digital content begins immediately and have acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right by doing so, you cannot withdraw after access has been granted.
Refund: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
